Reservation Policies

Please make advance reservations via telephone or online. To access the secure online reservation form, click here. For faster response, please call toll-free 1-800-277-6660 (outside U.S. 1.904.277.6660) during our office hours (9 a.m.- 6 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. weekends and holidays). Please note that online availability is updated approximately every four hours and is not real time.

A deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card for reservations. You will receive a confirmation letter via e-mail once your reservation has been confirmed. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to  a reservation.

A deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of entire reservation is due at time of booking. The balance is due upon checkout.

A two-night minimum is required on the weekends. Three-night minimum may be required for select holiday weekends. Contact us regarding availability and rates if a single night is desired. (Please be aware that if you book a one-night stay, we may not be able to guarantee room requests.)

All room rates, except for Oasis Suite, are for up to two persons per room. There is a $30 charge for each extra person in room per night, including children aged 5 or older. Oasis Suite rates are good for up to four persons.

A $50 non-refundable pet fee is required for all reservations including pets. We will not accept pets unless prior arrangements have been made. Please check our Pet Policies page for details.

All rates are subject to a 9% state and local tax.

Check in time is 2:30-5:30 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. Late checkouts may be available for a fee.

Refund for early checkouts will be given only if the room is rebooked for the rest of the stay minus a $25 rebooking charge.

Smoking is allowed on the front porch of the main house, except during breakfast hours. An additional charge of $250 plus one room night and applicable tax will be billed to cover the additional cleaning for smoking in the room and loss of revenue. 
 

 

Cancellation Policy Deposits, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded provided reservations are cancelled within the following guidelines:

                           7 or fewer room nights ................  14 days prior to arrival

                           8 or more room nights ................  30 days prior to arrival

If a cancellation is not made in time, a guest will be responsible for the balance of the reservation.

For special events or holiday weekends, a 30-day cancellation notification is required for all reservations. No refund or credit will be issued for late cancellations.                                                                                 xxx

No Show: Failure to cancel a reservation will result in the balance of the stay, in addition to the deposit, being charged.
