Swedish Massage

A very relaxing full body massage. Designed to relieve stress and tension by incorporating long strokes and muscle kneading. Promotes relaxation and increases circulation. Uses moderate pressure.

Deep Tissue Massage

Total relaxation while focusing on areas of stress and tension with deeper pressure than the Swedish Massage. Deep tissue massage uses strokes that really get into the muscle and break up adhesions.

Hand and Foot Massage

Great for a quick pick-me-up. Stress and poor circulation are targeted during this massage.
